Registration/Account Activity

I would love a feature where my staff can log in and see a list of recent activity within our registration system. For ex, if we saw the names of the students who registered for a class along with those who created accounts and even see if someone changed their classes around.

Basically, if my staff is handling registration or students do it on their own, I can check everything that's happened that day.
