NOT ENOUGH STUDENTS TO START A CLASS...Allow dancers to sign up for a wait list without the class showing full

I was told to put 1 dancer in classes that are not full enough to open yet and then start a waitlist for the class. I would like to have the button say something other than class full. I think parents may just scroll right past that class if they see that instead of realizing we are trying to get more dancers to enroll so that the class may actually happen.
