Mark Tuition Bill Paid on Student Menu

To avoid a situation where a payment didn’t get applied to tuition correctly and didn’t mark a bill paid, it would be awesome if on the Student page I could check all who have a zero balance and on the menu have an option to mark tuition bill paid for those checked.
