Hello! I would love to have the ability to have an auto email that could go out to incomplete registrations reminding them that they did not complete the registration and asking if they need help or maybe offer a promotion to them. Please help! We get so many incomplete registrations, it would really help!
Please implement this! I have so many parents who are confused because they register their child, and then see a $0 balance, so they just quit.
Yes! Especially since we don't receive email notifications about pending registrations, it would be wonderful if the system could automatically send out an email 24 to 48 hours after they choose classes and either log out of their portal or their portal times out. This email could be the generic "Did you forget something?" one that reminds them they didn't finish the process, gives them directions on how to finish registering, and tells them who to contact if they need help or have questions.
For the ones that don't take action within 48 hours of receiving the auto email, it would be nice if we could choose one of two options:
Second email to the client with an offer or information on how to book a trial OR
Email notification to the studio that "so and so has a pending registration" so we can personally reach out to them in whatever way we feel would be most effective. For example, with a returning dance family, I have a good idea of which parents are scattered and just need constant reminding, which are tech challenged and may need me to walk them through the process step by step, which need a reminder of how to set up a payment plan, and which just need to be left alone so they don't get annoyed. For new families, my responses would be different depending on if they are looking at the last spot in class a month before the start of the season compared to if they are looking at a class with really low enrollment the day before it is supposed to start.
