I am a previous customer of Studio Director and a new customer of DSP. I wish that there was an option to set a Family Max on tuition. Currently, the way DSP operates, I have families that see on our website what our tuition max is but then when they go in to register they are charged full tuition for each child. That can turn people away from registering because they think their tuition will be greater than we advertise.
It would be great to have an individual “student max” as well. We have both at our studio and get questions all the time about it when people sign up because it’s not automatically adjusted on their end.
