Family payment options if tuition is calculated by student

I noticed that if I go into a families account after they give me a monthly check for their whole family, I cannot add it to their family account and have to figure out how much I have to deduct per student. Can their be a way to deduct their tuition for the family instead per student?

Since I have my tuition hours/prices by student, not family, this is not an option for me.
