Center the welcome message on the Parent Portal

It messes with my OCD that the welcome message isn’t centered over the logo on the Parent Portal. Even if I manually center it with extra characters on my screen, that doesn’t mean it will look centered on someone else’s screen.

Please, please make the welcome message center aligned, instead of left aligned. That should be a design given. Thank you!
