Student headcount by date, shown year over year

I would like to be able to run a student report/dashboard that shows me unique student headcount, YOY and MOM where I can select the date of the month and the range of years. It would also be helpful to also include the estimated tuition total along with the count.

For example, for Aug 20, 2020,2021,2022 I would like to see how many students I had each year on that date and also their total tuition they signed up for.
