It would be so beneficial to be able to select a season when posting tuition so the correct transaction code can match. Our competition team rehearsals are categorized in a different season but the dates overlap, so when I post tuition for a date it includes their classes and rehearsals. I need separate transactions for my own bookkeeping, and so the parents can see the difference on their statements.
Posting tuition for a certain season is under several ideas - can't DanceStudio-Pro see these? This needs to be combined so that the votes are higher. If they were combined, it would be a top idea!
Yes there needs to be a way to select a specific season when posting tuition. I have 4 seasons open and have to change dates for each one each month just to post by dance season. This makes no sense and adds alot of work for no reason.
