Student Access to files/lessons/notes

At this point, students can access class notes and files via their parents in the portal. However, this is reliant on their parent logging in! Similar to some other portals (Manchester United), it would be ideal for a parents to give access to their child to certain items on the portal (lessons etc) so that the student can access this themselves.
