Add another (or several) Sales Taxes (or HST taxes)

In our province, we have two different taxes (charged on the price before taxe). For a produtc of 100$, we have a 5% and a 10% taxes, for a total of 115$. We should be able to add 2 differents taxes on a product.

There's seems to be 2 way to do that. Whether put a second HST taxes on the statement settings (so we could build in 2 differents taxes in our tuition and both will appear in the statement) OR having the possibilities to put 2 Sales Taxes (on the account setting).
