No "bringing dance card" option if they haven't bought one

For drop ins, they should only be able to check off "bringing dance card" if they have already purchased one.

    You can set up those restrictions under Magic > Online Registration > Drop-Ins tab!

    If both options are checked, they cannot use a dance card to pay for drop-ins unless they have already bought one.
