It would be awesome if parents could schedule their kids into makeups, just like they can book trials or drop-ins online. They could select the absence they want to make up, select a class for which they are eligible (just like a drop-in), and we would be sent a notification of the makeup. This would honestly be a game-changer for our staff and families!! Thanks for considering!
Definately need this option, as we have so many to and fro for admin work and sorting this! A must have!!!
We moved from Jackrabbit a few months ago, and this is the one feature that I miss. Parents being able to book their own save so much admin. We are currently using drop ins as an alternative.

Absolutely a must-have - we are using Jot forms and have scheduled 500 make-ups this year and so it basically running another dance school along side the one we already have in terms of admin.
yes this would be great as we spent a lot of time booking makeups for students. It would also be great if we could see the makeups on the class attendance summary and have them included in the class numbers so they don’t go over capacity. Enrolled take priority, then drop ins and any spare capacity can be used for makeups. If we need to email the class we should also need to see who has booked a makeup so this should be be another tab in the class similar to trials.
I agree. We let parents make up any missed class but also want to be able to have them on the attendance list. If the parents could manage this process on their own through the portal it would be a game changer and a value add. There should be a make up class class that was missed due to the parent and another term for when we need to cancel due to teacher illness.
