Registration

Before parents can select classes, make it required for them to add a card on file if that feature is enabled to help avoid any pending registration. This has confused a lot of my customers as they can select classes but don't realize they have to add a card to complete this since it doesn't come up first before they select classes so some how making that a requirement when creating a new account if this feature is enabled.
