My parents are saying that they don’t get studio announcements on the app. It doesn’t pop up like on the mobile web browser. And then they have to go searching for it and it is labeled different so they don’t know where to look for it.
I've started adding the school holidays to the pop-up announcements so it would be the first thing they see when they log in to the Portal so was disappointed to see that the app doesn't show these. Nor does it show the "headlines".
Agreed! I have been promoting the app all year at the studio since it is easier for parents but it is definitely not ideal that the notes that are supposed to pop up for parents. It kind of defeats the purpose.
Please add this!
Yes this studio announcements do nothing at my studio. It would be great to be able to use becuase with the chat we are running into problems with people responding when I send a message out to the whole studio and then everyone else gets frustrated by receiving a million chats. The studio announcements need to move to the home page instead of the class schedule.
