We pay on the 15th if the month following the month we are paying for. So today I paid for all of June. There was not an obvious way to sort the June hours and get a total. I had to manually subtract the July hours from June and calculate myself which defeats the benefit of having the tracker! Is there a way to filter June only hours or see a quick list of only June hours for each teacher? Also, do teachers have the ability to enter special pay for choreography or private lessons that pay a varying rate?
You can run Preview Report and change the end date to whatever you want. In this case, you would change it to June 15. But that report only shows totals by staff person and not a total for the entire staff.
