Deactivate Appointment/Private Lesson Services

I'd love a way to archive/deactivate appointment/private lesson offerings so it doesn't appear on a drop-down list if a teacher isn't available anymore or a location closes etc. At the moment, if I delete the service, then all previous bookings are deleted. I'd love to be able to deactivate them so I can have a clean list.
