Order of discounts

Right now, our families are getting a little too much of a discount because of the order in which DSP applies discounts. What's happening is the multi-student discount is given first, and then the mulit-class discount is applied to that (which is the lesser amount of tuition). It would be nice to be able to give the multi-class discount FIRST, and then the multi-student discount second.

Really, it would be nice to have ability to decide which discounts are applied in what order.
