Parent Search

When searching for a parent, both active and inactive lists should be checked.... instead of having to search inactive the search active... as I receive registration forms from outside sources I have to take the time and research parent and student to see if I have had them previously. Instead of doing one search for both active and inactive.... Some parents have set up via parent portal without my knowledge... it is confusing.
