As a school with a growing awareness of everyone's preferences, we have come across a need for pronouns to be easily accessible to teachers in DSP.

As our community grows and people become more comfortable expressing who they really are, our organization has relaized that there is not a space to provide peonouns for students in DSP. In class, it may be uncomfortable for some to say their pronouns out loud, so we believe that having a secure system that can be edited from the parent/student portal end and can be displayed in the iPad Class Manager may be helpful. We want to address everyone as they want to be addressed, and sometimes that may change. If the student &/or parent can change this from their end, I think it would make both students more comfortable with slight anonymity and teachers with correct pronoun usage.
