Required Payment to Enroll for New Students

It would be super helpful to have a setting that requires new parents/students to make payment in to enroll in the class. However, allow dancers who are in current classes to make payment by a specific due date. We start registration for summer classes while our year round season is still going on. Therefore, it would be helpful to require payments from new dancers to commit to the spot they are enrolling, and allow dancers who are in the current season enroll but not be charged with their current monthly fees.
