There's currently no way for parents to see which waitlists they've added their student(s) to in their parent portal, nor would they have a way to remove/drop of them from a waitlist if they wanted to. This would only be possible by a staff member.
Agree! Currently the lack of this feature costs our office team a significant amount of time, since we have to contact parents and confirm any waitlist add/drops (since parents can't do it themselves).
Would also be amazing for our staff to have a place to take notes regarding the reason that a student is on a waitlist (ie. "prefer this class to be on same day as sibling", etc.).
