Block private lesson bookings when rooms are full

I have classes running in both of my studio rooms, with two teachers, and a third who has a standing set of hours for private lessons, that happens to overlap with the two classes. Rather than blocking the private lesson blacks because there isn't a room available, the system took bookings we cannot accommodate.
