In this particular instance, I would like to be able to run a report of attendance on a group of students. For example, I want to find out the attendance of all students age 7 and up grouped in "Summer 2022"
Thank you for this idea. Currently, there are ways to achieve parts of your request:
You can create groups and filter the attendance report based on those groups.
For individual student attendance records:
Go to Students
Select a student record
Choose "Absences" from the "Student Actions" left navigation
Click on "Attendance History"
Select your desired date range
The student's attendance will be populated
These methods should help you access the attendance information you need. We appreciate your feedback.
I would love to be able to run attendance on specific groups of students, or to run a report for a single student! This would make it easier to send these reports to parents who aren't as good at keeping track on their own.
