It would be great if there was an option to set up automatic generation of tuition to accounts based on seasons. That way one would not need to go in and post manually every month. Tution would just post automatically to accounts on a certain day. For example, during our fall season we would be able to set up tuition to post for each enrolled person on the 1st.
We have just switched from Studio Director, never had to post tuition. Set up fees and it posted. Our studio is ran by volunteers. I already put in a ton of time now I have to try to figure out how to keep track of posting tuition because we wanted to use the due dates. Even if you already posted and the student is in the list it will post again. This just seems so unnecessary.
I, too, came over from being a previous customer of the Studio Director and this feature that is missing on DSP is one of the features I miss the most about SD.
Studio Director automatically posts tuition for each month of the season upon enrollment and that is such a nice feature. New user and the thought of having to go in each month and manually post tuition isn't very enticing. Some people pay early, some people pay more than 1 month at a time, etc. When is the best time to post?
