Show Drop Ins on Student Class Summary

RIght now students cannot see a tab for "Drop In" on their Classes list unless they are also registered for a class in that season. This makes it look like they have no classes on their Classes list, even though they may be registered for multiple drop ins. So we and they have no way to see all their drop in classes (by student name).
