Costume Labels - Simplify with Options

We would love to have a report to create labels for costumes. Currently the way we do it is to go to Classes, Costumes, Costume Actions, Costume Console, Print Avery Labels. But the problem with this is that we can't leave off the fields that we don't want. For example, we don't want the costume brand name and item code. It would be SO much easier if this were in the Reports section, and we could have a few options to go with it.Thanks!
