We charge an annual production fee for each family, regardless of the number of students. In order for us to do this, we have to manually bill this fee and hope we remember to only bill one student per family. We would love to see a way where we could bill a fee to all active families for a particular season without any duplication.
You can add a fee to all families by going to the main Parents page > check the boxes next to the families to charge > Parent Actions > Add Fee to selected parents and that will charge once per family!
