Easily exchange ticket sales to another event

If a parent/client purchases a ticket for one show but would like to exchange that ticket for another show, there needs to be an easy way to do that. We have 3 recitals in one day. 2 of which are the same exact show. Some parents wanted to exchange tickets if they purchased the 2pm show but something came up and they need to see the 6pm show instead.
