Easier way to sell in person tickets at event

We sell tickets at "door" rate. But having to select a seat takes too much time and you don't want them to sit at a sold seat. How do you get a list, chart, printable tickets for the remaining open seats to sell at the door? I printed manual tickets based on the seating chart and it took far too long. There must be an easier solution.
