Upon registration many parents have gotten past the acceptance of the waiver without consenting. This is of concern. Please fix this immediately because it puts owners at at risk. Also please streamline the sign up process to make it easier to add the parent and child/children and class selections at the same time. Many parents are very confused as they are lazy and don't read things thoroughly.

Are you using Registration Manager?
If so, this is one of the reasons why you have parents that have not accepted waivers. When registrations are processed in Registration Manager, parents are not given the option to sign waivers, in fact they don't even see them! The Registration Manager feature bypasses the waiver process completely! So you end up with parents that are registered but have not accepted waivers. Its a very important issue that really needs to be addressed. We have requested a fix in the past, but it remains unresolved. Hopefully some more people will chime in.
This was a big reason we left DSP a year ago. We were not being protected by the online waiver / policies. We tried to get paper ones, but that was so hard to track everyone down before class began.

I feel very strongly we should have red flashing alarms on this one...I know there is a report but with a large studio it is too easy for people to not complete the waiver and i agree with COVID, potential injury etc the waiver acceptance is kinda crucial. Our laywers also recommend releases on digital capture, at heights risks....we should have an automated copy sent to them on acceptance as well
