Format the phone number with dashes

Hi, I spend a bit of time going into the portal to add dashes into the phone numbers. I know, it is a bit OCD, but so much easier to read that way, especially if there were an emergency and someone was grabbing the number quickly. Any way to format this range? Thanks!
