Make the Notes Section available for Bulk Editing

There are many classes that we have a similar Dress Code for. The best way for parents to see this is through the Notes section when you mark it "Highlight" in the check boxes. I love this, but wish you could bulk edit like you can the class description or other items associated with class set up.
