It would be nice to have my normal users be able to take payments, but not have access to all my reports and communication settings. I tried setting this up with the new premier but have been unable to keep access very limited but still let my teachers take payments on an account when a parent comes in and our secretary is out of the office. Without opening up a lot of information that the teachers don't need to see. I only see that in POS which we use for only ordering dancewear items.
I found it. Looks like you can do this on dancestudio-pro premier. Under a normal user. I didn't see the process payment tab on the side I was looking for transactions. So this does not show past transactions which might be a nice feature to add for some teachers but this way is nice too so they can only take payments on their balance or tuition. without seeing all the past details.
