Email Overhaul

I am very new to DSP and just sent out my first batch of emails using groups and the template manager.

First, what is the point of having a template manager and naming the template, if it has to be retyped again in the subject line? The template name should be the subject.

The whole email process needs to be easier/streamlined. I used Studio Director for years and they have a tab/menu just for email, there you can email a group of students, classes, instructors or several other filters. This would be much easier and less complicated and clicky than going through the student or parent screen.

There should be more options when composing an email - more options to drop-in graphics, format text, etc. I was hoping a newer platform would have more current design options.
