make a personal template to send out to students

When we set up a make-up for a student, we have the option to send them an email. If this can automated to make this a more personal template to always send out rather than manually adding the sentences each time we send out the email that would be so convenient.

For instance I always add make-up policies in that email as well as other warnings that the parents should know when it comes to their make-up class. Rather than always adding it manually, I'd love to just set it up once and never remember to add that again. I just would like that option to create that new template.
