Email directly from leads and prospects

Yes - seems silly having a section for Leads but unable to actually email them through DSP and have history of that communication.......

Yes, any feature, emails, texts or phone calls to follow up on people that create an account but don't enroll would be REALLY helpful!!!

This would be a game-changer for the leads and prospects feature
