Archived Student Database for Record Keeping

Original Title: A place to put inactive students that have unsubscribed, moved or graduated. This way we do not email these people or even have to think about them. BUT still have all their transaction information for reports.

I would like an option besides active and inactive to put students/parents that have unsubscibed, moved, graduated or you definitely know they are not coming back to the studio. I don't want to delete them entirely because I want to have their transactions for reports and know what they have paid. But it is not necessary to email them or contact them.
