Recital Promo Code only for Parents/Families Only

I want to be able to sell tickets to the public but still have a promo code that ONLY parents can use. Right now, once you open up ticket sales to the public, the promo code can also be used by anyone (so a parent could pass the promo code along for anyone else to use).
