Ability to restrict adding a drop-in class based on the number of punches left on the Dance Card

When the Student tries to register for more than a few drop-in classes and selects an option "I'll bring a punch card", the system could check the number of punches left in that student's Dance Card and either restrict or limit the number of classes which can be registered to the amount of punches available.
