Printing labels from Recital Wizard - Recital Check in List

We would like to print labels for those students performing in two different shows.

In the Recital Check In list report it appears at the very bottom of the list you can download the Recital Check In list as an Excel. But the way it downloaded was all jumbled and unable to import into Avery to print their name label. We use these labels for Award handout AND for Dancer Check In/drop off and then they return with index card with dancer name label at pickup.
