Report card statistics of the percentage of parents that open and review them.

We would love to see a report option that we can run for when we post report cards to parent portals we can see the percentage of parents that open them to review. This would give us a better idea how many parents are actually looking at them. It would also help us gauge how beneficial they are with the time spent on them.
