With multiple seasons running at the same time, it would be really helpful to be able to select which season I am posting tuition for. For example, we have our team season, our spring season, and our summer camp season currently running. When I went to process tuition, there were students who's "tuition" payments were $600 because their one time summer camp tuition was posting along with their spring classes.
YES THIS!!!! It takes me about an extra 40 minutes every month to post tuition to deactiveate seasons that are current but don't need tutition posted (camps, workshops, events) and then to reactivate after. And it never fails for me to forget a season or 2 then we have the admin issue of figuring out why people aren't signing up for things.... HEADACHE.
A toggle of "select which season to post tution for" would be a HEAVENSENT (as it's december 4 and I am just NOW getting the time to sit down and deactivate/reactivate seasons to post tuition because it was nutcracker weekend and I have a lot of better things to do with my time.
Yes 1000% agree!!! This is why I separated classes into to certain seasons thinking it would solve this problem. Thank you for posting this!
