Choosing Due date

Is it possible to set a due date for tuition on a specific date and not a season start date or a certain number of days after registering?

Example- I want to have tuition due by June 1 for early registrants even though the season start date is July 5. I realize after June 1 I need to go into the system and set the online regstration to collect right away.
