Separate End Date for Drop In Classes, so when Term Registration closes, Drop in is still available

Term Registration End dates are great, but to have drop in available for the bulk of term the Term Registration cannot be closed. We have some overlap of "Spring" Registration opening for the next Term and "Winter" Registration needing to stay open for Drop Ins. Parents are accidently registering for Winter Term, (when it is Spring Term) as it is "open" for Drop-Ins... they don't always catch the different term Tabs - (Maybe adding color to the tabs would help tham see) They almost missed out on Spring term class, because they were registered for winter, again.
