Would at all be possible to please show dropped students’ (active and inactive) attendance in the Attendance History for each class? The only way of seeing how many/which weeks a student attended a particular class during a season once they have been dropped from the class i to go through a student's history, which is not user friendly and very time consuming - especially if they do multiple classes. Currently the only way to view a dropped student on the class roll at the moment is to reactivate and re-add a student to a class to see their history, then you have to drop them again, delete the record, and then de-activate them again.
By seeing the history on the actual classes roll sheet would make it so much easier when you need to see a student's class history for example when you have invoice disputes.
I agree with Kristen below. Seeing current students and dropped students all together is very confusing. If dropped students were listed together like trial students are, that would solve the problem. I would also like the ability to turn off seeing dropped students. Or maybe complete delete certain students from the class history. For example, if a kid switches classes, I don't need to see their attendance history for the class the switched OUT of.

It���s a little confusing now, as it looks like they are all active students.

I should mention I just had to do this as a company parent pulled their student and wanted a refund for a month they said they had not attended but I had proof with the attendance history to tell the mom just how many days the student attended class.
Hi, I am wondering if you have looked at the Attendance History on the student's absence page where you can put in the time frame you are looking at, and then you can see what classes they were present or absent from (as long as you are diligent about taking attendance). It show's what classes they were attending as well. To print a drop date report, you need to make sure you add that when they drop. I always copy the email sent and require an email if a student is dropping so I have the time/date stamp.
I do wish within the drop student report we can choose a season and then active/inactive versus the long list it generates.
Basically, how do we keep the student history of classes they enrolled for, and classes they attended, (and when they dropped out) even after they drop out?
