Assistants get clearance to class shared files and music only

We have a lot of younger assistants that we have to send music and class shared files to seperately. Adding them as an assistant in the class gives them too much access to personal information they don't need to know. If we could add them to the class as a no charge student for that one class or add them as a restricted assistant, that would help us immensly. Thank you
