scheduling for teams/groups rehearsals

In addition to our normal classes that meet at the same time/day each week, I have 4 dance groups that have rehearsals on a varying schedule. I need to be able to input the exact dates/days/times of their practices so I can track upcoming absences and students/parents can see when these rehearsals occur.

For example Team 1 meets on Saturdays 9-12 but only 2x a month, but also has pop up rehearsals on various days like on a Wednesday from 6-8. Other teams meet simultaneously and a other times.
