Leads and Prospects - Add a Student AGE FIELD

It would be very helpful to add a STUDENT AGE Field to "Leads and Prospects". I would like to use this data for target marketing. However, since there is not age field, I have to go thru each lead to determine their ages to email them the appropriate information for their age! Thank you.
