Allow students to cancel drop-in classes through portal and receive refund.

Having an option to allow students to cancel scheduled drop-in classes through their portal account would be great. In addition, having a setting where you can receive an automatic refund if the drop-in is cancelled a set number of days before the actual class would be very helpful.
